New Secondary Teaching Resource For Secondary Schools
Teachers watch for our new teaching resource BC Forest Products For the World in BC secondary schools this coming fall. This new teaching resource examines the development of BC’s forest industry, its dependence on international markets and the challenges and opportunities the forest industry faces in maintaining markets in Asia. The resource kit includes a DVD, PowerPoint, lesson plans, curricular connections, teacher’s background information, glossary and web links. Course suitability: Social Sties 10, Economics, Marketing 11/12, Forestry 11 and the new Sustainable Resources 11/12 course
